After-sale Services Commitment Card
All who have purchased ISTIWA brand series products are all subject to enjoy below services:
- Repair: Within ONE Month after purchase, any of the below scenarios during normal usage belong to the repair scope : broke stitches, worn-out or cracking leather resulted from cracking edge oil, broken zipper slide or serious zipper fading, cloth pulling off, hardware fitting drop-off damage.
- Exchange: Whitin TEN Days after purchase, products that are not used can be exchanged due to quality issues or large are of non-manalu resulted cracking.
- Return: Whitin SEVEN Days after purchase, products with serious quality issues are applicable to return.
Warning: Below scenarios are not applicablte for “repair, exchange, return”:
- Leather surface worn-out, deformation, other colors staining due to improper usage
- “On-sale”, “Off-grade” products
- Manual damage, non-quality issues
- No invoice or no warranty card
